Pro stays on while your card is retried. Keep creating with the credits already on your account. New monthly credits arrive after payment succeeds. The first failed renewal sends one payment email with Update payment, opening the invoice’s own payment page.

Use the current workflow

Open the Veena payment email after a failed renewal.
Press Update payment and correct the card on the invoice’s payment page.
Return to Veena and check the account after payment succeeds.

The Billing tab shows your plan, its status and the date your credits next refresh. Use Manage Subscription to open your payment controls while your songs stay in the same Veena account.
