The agentic CoProducer: brief, plan, parts, arrange, mix, verify

What CoProducer does since 25 March 2026

1. Brief. It writes down what it will build before it builds: the goal, tempo, layers, length, structure and what must not change.
2. Plan. It lays out the sections and which parts play in each.
3. Parts. It writes each part as a real MIDI or audio track, after the parts it depends on, and offers options to pick from.
4. Arrange. It places the parts across the song's sections on your timeline.
5. Mix. It balances the tracks and finishes the song.
6. Verify. It checks the result against the brief and reports what landed.

Every step happens inside the project, so every part stays open in the piano roll and on the timeline, and every change can be undone.

What it looks like in a session

In a real session on 12 October 2026, one sentence on an empty project ("make me an 8-bar riff with drums (kick and hi-hat in separate tracks), bass, and keys, in hip-hop style, major key, upbeat") became four editable tracks at A major and 90 BPM.
