Soundraw prohibits "Distributing your music without modifying" — their own admission that the render is not releasable — while the Creator subscription at "$12.99 a month" is ".mp3 only." Their licence also states content "can only keep your content published while your SOUNDRAW subscription is active."

9. Boomy — for a finished render you rent by the download

The job: fast generative tracks with a route to distribution.

What it costs you: the copyright and the file count. Boomy's own support centre states "Boomy Corporation owns and manages the copyright to songs created on the platform by default," and "you can release as many songs as your download limits allow for" — 25 WAV downloads a month on Creator. No stems and no MIDI are documented in their help centre, so there is nothing to extend.

10. Mubert — for background beds you cannot release as music

The job: generative royalty-free tracks made to a length, with a sync licence.

What it costs you: the ability to put it out. Mubert states "Mubert owns all the rights to the tracks generated," and its licence prohibits distributing tracks "via Music Streaming Services (Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, YouTube Music, etc.)" — on every plan. The deliverable is a stereo render with a certificate: there is no editable layer to disagree with.
